Our meditation cushion in the shweshwe range is designed for your comfort and support.  Take your meditation practice up a notch with this eco-friendly and locally made meditation cushion.  The cushion is also known as a Zafu which is the Japanese word for "sewn seat". By placing your meditation cushion on a yoga mat or blanket you add extra comfort to your seated posture. The inner cushion is filled with upcycled cotton waste and can be adjusted in firmness to suit your needs.
